What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We send a recap and the slides so you can stay current, but the in-room experience and the interactive moments are where the real value lives. Show up for as many as you possibly can.
Is this for any industry?
Yes. Before the cohort starts, Tempest researches your specific industry and builds your research pages. The framework is universal but the application is custom to your business.
Do I need to be good at social media already?
No. Most participants start without a strategy and many start without much of a presence at all. The cohort is designed to take you from wherever you are to a working system.
What's the refund policy?
Seats are paid upfront and non-refundable once the cohort begins. This is intentional. The commitment is what makes the room work. If you can't commit to 8 weeks, this isn't the right cohort for you yet.
Is there a deeper option if I want more help?
Yes. Tempest offers retainer support for businesses that want execution help after the cohort. We'll talk about it in Week 8, but never in a pushy way. You decide if it's right for you.
When does the cohort start?
Cohort 1 kicks off the first week of August. The virtual cohort starts Monday, August 3 and meets Mondays 7-9 PM CT on Google Meet. The in-person cohort starts Wednesday, August 5 and meets Wednesdays 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM CT in DFW. Both run 8 weeks with the same content and same playbook.
What's the difference between in-person and virtual?
Same content, same workbook, same outcomes. The in-person cohort runs Wednesday middays and gives you the energy of the room, hands-on workshop time, and direct face time with the Tempest Team. The virtual cohort runs Monday evenings and fits anyone outside DFW or with a packed daytime schedule. Pick whichever you'll actually show up for.
